Through a non-judgmental, holistic, and collaborative approach, Erica engages in meaningful conversations with clients as they discover new perceptions of themselves. Her approach is from genuine curiosity and discovery as she joins each client on their journey to fuller and richer lives. She is passionate about growth and encourages continued self-exploration, development and improvement throughout the many difficulties and transitions in life.

As a marriage and family therapist, Erica really enjoys joining each client on their journey to maintain meaningful and fulfilling relationships. She believes that relationships with significant others, families, and friends are one of the most important aspects in our lives, and it is Erica's goal to help others find enjoyment in their relationships.

Erica received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tennessee State University in 2006 and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University.  Erica currently works under the direction of Megan W. Broadhead, LPC, MS, MDiv and the supervision of Crystal Gillery, LMFT.
